Acceptable Use
These rules protect LumenCrystal users, systems, content, and partners. They apply whenever you access the LumenCrystal website, account services, forms, interfaces, or related digital resources.

5. Identity and representation
Do not impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent affiliation or authority, forge identifiers, create accounts using false details, or present LumenCrystal content in a way that implies endorsement, advice, performance assurance, or regulatory approval.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve relevant records. Where reasonably necessary, we may remove content, limit activity, revoke sessions, suspend or terminate access, notify affected parties, or cooperate with lawful authorities. 7. Reporting concerns
